Ordering and Payment:
International orders are welcome.
We use the PayPal Shopping Cart System on our website. The ordering process is very simple. The Add to Cart buttons add the item to your shopping cart and the shopping cart will lead you step by step to check out.
We do not accept checks or money orders and cannot ship with COD terms.
Shipping Methods:
All international orders (as long as they are in stock) are shipped from our office in Japan within 2 business days from the time your order is placed, pending credit card approval.
(Please note that all international orders are processed only on weekdays, excluding holidays in Japan.)
All International orders are shipped by insured International ePacket (Registered Air Small Packet) or EMS (Express Mail Service) through Japan Post office.
We will provide you the tracking numbers by e-mail upon completion of the shipment.

All packages will be declared accurately.

Please do not ask us to undervalue the contents, or mark your order as a Gift -- because we won't!


Shipping Costs:

The shipping and handling fee on all orders is $8.00- only.

We offer free shipping & handling for all “in-stock” items if your initial order is US$150.00- or more.
For International customers, please note that import duties, taxes and government charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
(Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.)

 Before placing your order, please be sure to check with the customs bureau in your country if you are unsure about any commodity-specific import regulations or restrictions.

We will only ship to confirmed addresses, as listed in the Pay Pal Payment Details.
(The Pay Pal address and the shipping address you input into our ordering system must match in order for us to be able to ship to you.)
Please note that Prospect trading cannot be held responsible for any items quarantined, destroyed, or otherwise not delivered as a result of an import restriction in any country.
*Please note that we sadly, cannot ship to the countries not listed. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
You may cancel your order before shipment. In this case refunds will be issued less our PayPal fee.
It is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.
Please follow our return policy if your order has already been shipped.
Returns and Exchanges:
If there are any damage or problems with your order, please email us within 14days of receipt of the shipment.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 14days from original date of delivery.
Returned items must be returned in:
  • Original condition
  • Original packaging
  • Unused condition
You must email us to obtain RMA # before we will accept any return or exchanges.
If upon return, items are found to be damaged, they will not be accepted or credited.
Refunds will be issued less our shipping fee and PayPal fee. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund
We are not responsible for any delays or return service charges.
*Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our return policy.
Blades damaged by misuse, improper care (rust) in use or sharpening, or any other type of damage resulting from user error are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
